Change your Netflix plan
Netflix offers three subscriptions that differ in terms of image quality or number of simultaneous screens. If your current package isn’t right for you, it’s easy to switch to a different subscription. Just follow the guide!

In the world of SVoD, there’s Netflix and the others. The American service has established itself as the undisputed head of the streaming legal with its thousands of movies and series available for up to 18 dollars.
To adapt to different profiles and stock markets, Netflix offers three packages, in which the quality of the stream and the number of simultaneous screens vary:

If your current plan doesn’t fit your usage, it’s easy to change it from the Netflix site, here’s how.
How to change your Netflix plan
To change your plan, you must go to Account Settings Netflix.
To access it from a computer, go to the SVoD website and open the dropdown menu located on your profile picture at the top right of the interface and click on Account.
On a smartphone, tablet, or smart TV, open the app and go to the tab Further to click on Account.
You are now in your Netflix account settings, where you can change many things like your viewing preferences, payment method, or contact information. What interests us here is the category of Package Details.
You can see your type of subscription (here the standard package) and at the end of this line, the button you are looking for: change package.
After clicking on it, you will find the three packages that the service offers. The one who is currently subscribed is highlighted. Select the one you want to subscribe to and click Continue.
Netflix will ask you to confirm your plan change request, click confirm change and voilà, now you have a new Netflix plan!
You will be billed at the end of the subscription month and you can start enjoying the new package you have chosen right away.
The choice of this package will depend on your usage, if you use the VOD service from a smartphone and a computer it is not necessarily useful to take the Premium package, the Standard or even the Essential will do the trick.
The competition that could make Netflix react
The arrival of new competitors such as Apple TV Plus and above all Disney+ it may also upset Netflix, which may have to change its prices to keep up with the competition.
For example, Disney+ will offer a single package at €6.99 per month or €69.99 per year that is identical in features to the Netflix Premium package, available at €15.99 per month.
A price more than half the price that risks eclipsing a giant little concerned since its arrival on the French-speaking web. You could then decide to lower your prices, which could make it even more interesting to rebundle your service.
