I have purchased the course and I need an invoice, can you issue me one?
1) In order to generate an invoice, payment must be made EXCLUSIVELY by bank transfer since the process will be direct with SLU and not through the platform. Once payment has been made, you must send us a copy of the receipt to [email protected]
If you have made any payment before requesting the invoice, we must issue a refund so that you can make the payment again by bank transfer. You will be able to see this refund reflected in your account in a few days but we can only do it within 30 days after the purchase. After 30 days we cannot ask the platform to make this refund.

Do the courses have a start and end date?
You can start today! They are online courses and you decide when they start and when they end.
What happens if I am not satisfied with the course?
The last thing we want is for you to not be happy with us! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
Are the online courses on this platform eligible for reimbursement by the Fundae?
These courses in online mode THEY ARE NOT eligible for credit through the Foundation since in order to access it, a series of requirements must be met such as limiting the student’s course completion dates and excluding them from the benefits that we want you to find, among others: taking the course at the learning pace of each person, dedicating as long as your schedule allows and, above all, your access is for life (and thus benefit from all the updates that arise).
